Magneto-Accel Board

This board is consisting of the following IC: LSM303DLMTR (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis magnetometer)

Description

The LSM303DLM is a system-in-package featuring a 3D digital linear acceleration sensor and a 3D digital magnetic sensor.

The information regarding ICs you can find in the provided datasheets. The board can be power on with 3.3V DC input from the MCU board. On board level shifter has been provided because the IC’s IO line voltage is 1.8V. Also onboard 3.3V to1.8V DC to DC convertor has been provided.

PIN configuration for the Magnetometer-Accelerometer board (2*4 pins header): There are two 4-pins header on the board (J1 and J2) and one 3-pins header for address selection. (SJ1)

Pin 1 : 3.3V
Pin 2 : GND
Pin 3 : INT2-M (Interrupt Line for the IC)
Pin 4 : INT1-M (Interrupt Line for the IC)

Pin 1 : SCL-M (I2C clock line)
Pin 2 : SDA-M (I2C data line)
Pin 3 : DRDY (Data ready)
Pin 4 : SA0 (Linear acceleration signal I2C less significant bit of the device address)
